Keeping Cool, New York, Night Worker Louise Patton donned her bathing suit and stepped into the spray of cool water let loose from fire hydrant in the front of her home, 27 Manhattan Avenue. Youngsters opened the fire hydrant to keep cool and radio policemen who cruised by allowed folks a good time.
